Filing 31 DECISION AND ORDER: The City Defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, Dkt. 21, is hereby GRANTED. All claims in the Complaint against the City of New York, Officer Soo-Hoo, the District Attorney of Queens County, and Other Unknown Polic e Officers of the New York Police Department are DISMISSED with prejudice. The Plaintiff's request to amend his Complaint against the City Defendants is denied as futile. Defendant Abad's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, Dkt. 24, is GRANTED. All claims against Defendant Abad are hereby DISMISSED. The Fourth and Sixth Causes of Action against Defendant Abad are dismissed without prejudice. Ordered by Judge William F.
