August 15, 2012	Filing 6 ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached Order, Plaintiff's request for a Certificate of Default based on the affidavit of service filed on June 22, 2012 is hereby DENIED. Should plaintiff wish to continue with this action, plaintiff s hall re-serve defendant and file proper proof of service. Plaintiff must re-serve with 120 days from the date of the filing of the complaint that is, no later than 120 days from May 31, 2012 and shall file proper proof of service within 10 days of such re-service. Should plaintiff fail to timely re-serve and/or timely file proof of service pursuant to this Order, this action will be dismissed without prejudice. Ordered by Judge Roslynn R.
