Filing 56 MEMORANDUM & ORDER granting 52 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. For the reasons stated herein, the State Defendant's 52 motion to dismiss is granted on the grounds that this Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over the i nstant action under the Rooker-Feldman doctrine. For the same reasons, the Court sua sponte dismisses the action against all other defendants. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment accordingly and close the case.
