With the one minor exception noted on page 17 supra, the Court rejects Amedeos argumen t that plaintiffs NYLL claims are preempted by § 301 of the LMRA. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over plaintiffs NYLL claims and remands those claims back to New York State Supreme Court, Kings County. The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. Ordered by Judge Joan M. Azrack on 3/29/2016. (Ortiz, Grisel)

With the one minor exception noted on page 17 supra, the Court rejects Amedeos argumen t that plaintiffs NYLL claims are preempted by § 301 of the LMRA.
