MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: By Order dated 9/28/2012, the Court granted Plaintiffs' requests to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915, and granted Plaintiffs 30 days leave to submit an amended complaint in order to proceed with this action. More than 30 days have elapsed and Plaintiffs have failed to respond to the Court's order. Accordingly, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the complaint is hereby dismissed. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: The Court grants plaintiffs' requests (doc. Nos. 2 and 3 ) to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915, solely for the purpose of this Order. Plaintiffs shall have 30 days from the date of entry of this Order within which to file an amended complaint entitled "Amended Complaint." An amended complaint must be complete in itself. As a general rule, an amended complaint supersedes the original complaint. All further proc eedings shall be stayed for 30 days. If plaintiffs fail to file an amended complaint, judgment dismissing this action as set forth above shall be entered. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis. SO ORDERED by Judge Allyne R. Ross, on 9/28/2012.
