Filing 60 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: For the reasons stated in the enclosed Memorandum and Order, the court finds no clear error in Judge Gold's Report and Recommendation 55 , and hereby affirms and adopts the Report and Recommendation a s the opinion of the court. Judgment shall be entered for plaintiff as follows: (i) $75,000, plus prejudgment interest at the rate of 3.25%, compounded annually, from July 13, 2010 to the date of final judgment; and (ii) $213.67 in costs.
