MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. Defendant Mayer's Motion for Joinder 27 is hereby granted. Defendants motion to transfer venue to the Southern District of Florida 16 is granted. Accordingly, I do not reach defendants motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim 16 or plaintiffs cross-motion to amend the Complaint 17 and 18 , which are more properly venued in the Southern District of Florida.
