March 26, 2014 Opinion or Order Filing 60 ORDER adopting Report and Recommendations as to 53 Report and Recommendations. Having conducted a de novo review of the R&R, the Court HEREBY ADOPTS the R&R in its entirety. Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is granted because plainti ff has shown that there is no genuine issue of fact concerning whether defendant breached the Settlement, and defendant's various objections do not raise a genuine issue for trial. In addition, defendant's motion for leave to move for sanc tions is denied. As is discussed in the R&R, counsel for plaintiff shall submit adequate documentation, including contemporaneous billing records demonstrating the reasonableness and necessity of their rates and hours. Counsel shall submit such documentation no later than April 25, 2014. A copied of this order was mailed to defendant by chambers on 3/26/2014. SO ORDERED. Ordered by Judge Joseph F.
