Patzan, plus $6,731.17 in attorneys' fees and costs, and post-judgment interest as prescribed by 28 U.S.C. § 1961. The Clerk is further directed to terminate all motions and close the case. Accordingly, the Court denies the motion for default judgment without prejudice to renewal, and nunc pro tuns grants Charvac leave to file an amended complaint that includes the claims of the opt-in plaintiffs..
