MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: In accord with the applicable clear error standard of review, the Court finds Judge Pollack's R&R to be correct, well-reasoned, and free of any clear error. The Court, therefore, adopts it in its entirety as the opinion of the Court; In line with the foregoing, plaintiff is awarded, against Image Urban, $83,790.00 in statutory damages, and an injunction as described above, and in greater detail in the R&R.
