Filing 10 ORDER. For the reasons explained in the attached order, Thomas's application to proceed in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. § 1915 is granted. The Clerk of Court shall prepare a summons against defendant Captain Williams, Badge #820, a nd the United States Marshals Service shall serve the summons, complaint, amended complaint and a copy of this order upon the defendant without prepayment of fees. A courtesy copy of the same papers shall be mailed to the Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, Special Federal Litigation Division. However, according to the New York City Department of Corrections Inmate Lookup System, T homas is currently being held at the Anna M. Kross Correctional Facility. In light of his pro se status, the Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to re-send to my 6 order dated February 4, 2013, along with a copy of this order, to Thomas at his new address and to note his new address on the docket.
