October 8, 2013 Opinion or Order Filing 23 MEMORANDUM & ORDER: In light of Plaintiff's counsel's representations, this Court will reluctantly deny the City Defendants' request to preclude Plaintiffs from filing responsive papers 20 . Plaintiff's time in which to file resp onsive papers is extended to October 15, 2013.
