Filing 12 Order. The Court finds that plaintiff has failed to state a claim on which relief may be granted. Accordingly, the amended complaint is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)( 3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. Filing 4 MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER. The Court finds that plaintiff has failed to state a claim on which relief may be granted. Accordingly, the action is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). In light of plaintiff's pro se status, the Court will grant plaintiff 20 days from the date of this Order to revise his complaint to correct the deficiencies noted. If plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint within 20 days, the instant action shall be dismissed without p rejudice.
