Filing 11 ORDER denying 9 Motion for Reconsideration -- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, pro se plaintiff George's motion for reconsideration is denied and this action remains dismissed. Although the fili ng fee was paid to commence this action, the Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail a copy of this Electronic Order and the Attached Written Memorandum and Order to pro se plaintiff. SO ORDERED by Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 8/28/2013. (Irizarry, Dora) |
Filing 5 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, Because Pltffs have neither demonstrated a likelihood of success on the merits nor made a showing of irreparable harm, Pltffs' request for a preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order is denied. The Court will continue to review Pltffs' underlying complaint. (Ordered by Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 2/6/2013) c/m (Galeano, Sonia) |
