The allegations contained in the Complaint are frivolous and fail to state a claim on which relief may be gran ted. Accordingly, the Complaint is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii). Plaintiff's 4 "Motion for Emergency Injunctive Relief" is denied. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any a ppeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. Plaintiff is warned that the future filing of vexatious and frivolous litigation may result in sanctions, including limitations on filing. SO ORDERED by Judge Margo K. Brodie, on 5/2/2013.
