Defendant's motion for summary judgment is correspondingly denied, in part, and granted, in part. Assuming that Plaintiff can demonstrate a covered claim, he shall be awarded compensatory damages in an amount to be determined via a damages inquest. The parties shall appear for a status conference to discuss the damages proceeding on 10/23/14 at 2:30 p.m. in Courtroom 4F North. Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 9/30/2014. (Doerr, Mark)
