MEMORANDUM & ORDER: The Court grants Plaintiff's 2 requests to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. All of Plaintiff's claims contained in the three above-captioned Complaints are dismissed for fai lure to state a claim on which relief may be granted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii). The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. Plaintiff is warned that the future filing of vexatious and frivolous litigation may result in sanctions, including limitations on filing. SO ORDERED by Judge Margo K. Brodie, on 3/11/2014.
