September 3, 2014 Opinion or Order Filing 37 AMENDED MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Accordingly, this Court adopts Magistrate Judge Bloom's R&R in its entirety. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate all pending motions, enter judgment accordingly, and close the above-captioned cases. The Cle rk of Court is further directed to issue a filing injunction barring Williams from bringing any further IFP proceedings against CUNY without first obtaining permission from this Court. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in formaap uneris status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. Coppedge v.
