The Court has reviewed the unopposed 25 report and recommendation, and, finding no clear error, the Court adopts Judge Pollak's report and recommendation in its entirety pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). Plaintiff's motion for default judgment is granted. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff against Defendant in the amount of $37,567.86 together with interest on withdrawal liability, calculated at the rate of $4.57 per day between the date of the report and recommendation, June 25, 2014, and the date of entry of judgment, and post-judgment interest pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
