ORDER granting 23 Motion to Change Venue and 20 Notice of Motion For Change of Venue. For the reasons stated in the attached order, the Court orders that this action be transferred to the District of Connecticut. The Court also stays the transf er of this action for three days so that parties may lodge any objections, notwithstanding their prior stated consent.
