Filing 6 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER DISMISSING ACTION: For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. No. 2) is granted and the complaint is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § ;§ 1915A(b) and 1915(e)(2)(B). The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Memorandum and Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an ap peal. The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail a copy of this Memorandum and Order, together with the accompanying Judgment, to plaintiff pro se, note the mailing on the docket, and close this case. Ordered by Judge Roslynn R. Mauskopf on 8/15/2014. (Mauskopf, Roslynn) |
