ORDER: For the reasons stated in the attached, it is hereby ordered that Plaintiff's motion for attorney's fees under 42 U.S.C. § 406(b) is granted in part, and Christopher J. Bowes is awarded $19,750 in attorney's fees. Upon receipt of this award from the government, Bowes shall promptly refund Plaintiff $7,200, which represents the EAJA fees already received by counsel.
