ORDER granting in part 30 Motion to Dismiss; granting 34 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. The Court grants Brooklyn Events Center, LLC's (BEC) motion to dismiss the Second Amended Complaint ("SAC") in part and grants Levy Premium Foodservice Limited Partnership's motion to dismiss in its entirety. The Court dismisses Plaintiffs' section 1981, NYSHRL and NYCHRL claims against BEC and declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiffs' breach of contract claims against BEC.
