Filing 82 ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, Plaintiffs' Rule 60 motion 72 is DENIED. Defendants' Motion for Reconsideration 67 is GRANTED to the extent it seeks to revoke dismissal of the parties' cross-m otions for sanctions, which are both hereby DENIED. Plaintiffs having failed to show cause as to why their state law and common law claims should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, the Court dismisses those claims, without prej udice to re-assert in state court. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment in Defendants' favor as to Plaintiffs' federal statutory claims, and close this case accordingly. Ordered by Judge Pamela K.
