Cablevision's motion for summary judgment is denied with respect to Fuentes' FMLA claims f or retaliation and interference. Fuentes' motion for partial summary judgment with respect to his FMLA interference claim is denied. This matter is recommitted to Magistrate Judge Pollak for continued pretrial supervision, including further discovery and any settlement discussions, and the preparation of a Joint Pre-Trial Order.
