MEMORANDUM & ORDER: The Court grants Freeman's 2 application to proceed in forma pauperis for purposes of this motion only. But, the Court dismisses all of Freeman's claims pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. The Clerk of C ourt is directed to enter judgment dismissing and closing this case. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal.
