For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, the Court dismisses Plaintiff's NYSHRL claims against Defendant with prejudice. The Court also dismisses Plaintiff's Title VII claims, but grants Plaintiff leave to file a Second Amended Complaint as to these claims within thirty (30) days. Ordered by Judge Margo K.
