For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, De fendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings is granted in part and denied in part. Plaintiff's cross motion for judgment on the pleadings is granted in part and denied in part. The Court finds that the ALJ erred by failing to properly assess whether, given Plaintiff's limitations, there were jobs in significant numbers available during the time period from May 1, 1992 through the end of 1998. The Commissioner's decision is vacated and this action is remanded for computation of benefits. The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. Ordered by Judge Margo K. Brodie on 7/14/2015.
