Filing 26 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS, In this instance, no objections have been filed, and the time to do so has passed. After careful review of the record, the Court finds the R&R to be correct, well-reasoned, and free of any clear error. The C ourt, therefore adopts the R&R in its entirety as the opinion of the Court. Judgment shall enter against AmeriComp, MSMO, Boonakel, Obiakor, and Henry, jointly and severally, in the amount of $34,683 in damages and costs, itemized as follows: (1 ) $27,045 in compensatory and liquidated damages under FLSA; (2) $2,500 in statutory damages under NYLL; (3) $5,138 in attorney's fees and costs.
