MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: The Amended Complaint fails to cure the deficiencies in the original complaint. The claims against defendants Wertheimer, Costanza, and Davis are dismissed for failure to state a claim. The claims against defendants Cov ington and Parker are dismissed as time-barred. The court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. Coppedge v.
