Filing 13 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT & RECOMMENDATION: On 12/17/2014, Magistrate Judge Bloom issued a sua sponte 12 Report & Recommendation ("R&R") "respectfully recommend[ing] that this action should be dismissed pursuant to Rule 4(m) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure" because of Plaintiff's "failure to show good cause why service was not timely effected[.]" The Court reviews a 12 Report and Recommendation for clear error when no objections hav e been filed, see Covey v. Simonton, 481 F. Supp. 2d 224, 226 (E.D.N.Y. 2007) (Garaufis, J.), and the Court finds no such error here. The Court therefore adopts the 12 Decision of Magistrate Judge Bloom in its entirety. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). The Clerk of Court is directed to close this action and send a copy of this Order to the pro se Plaintiff. SO ORDERED by Judge William F. Kuntz, II on 1/7/2015. C/mailed to pro se Plaintiff.
