February 22, 2022	Filing 20 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER: On June 23, 2014, Petitioner Sidor Fulcher filed a petition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 for a writ of habeas corpus seeking relief from a November 7, 2007 conviction in the Supreme Court of New York State, King s County. For the reasons set forth in the attached memorandum and order, the Court denies Petitioner's petition 1 for a writ of habeas corpus in its entirety. Because Petitioner has not made a substantial showing of the denial of any consti tutional right, no certificate of appealability will issue. See 28 U.S.C. § 2253; see also Lucidore v. N.Y. State Div. of Parole, 209 F.3d 107, 112-13 (2d Cir. 2000). The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to close the case. Ordered by Judge LaShann DeArcy Hall on 2/22/2022. (Williams, Erica)

For the reasons set forth in the attached memorandum and order, the Court denies Petitioner's petition 1 for a writ of habeas corpus in its entirety. Because Petitioner has not made a substantial showing of the denial of any consti tutional right, no certificate of appealability will issue. See 28 U.S.C. § 2253; see also Lucidore v. N.Y.
