The Court grants Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for an Award of Attorney's Fees and Expenses and Incentive Award and awards Plaintiff $408,000 in fees for Class Counsel, $39,655.21 in litigation expenses, and an incentive award of $5,000.00 for Plaintiff Short, to be paid according to the terms set forth in the Settlement Agreement. May 24, 2017 Minute Order for proceedings held before Judge Margo K. Brodie: Motion for final settlement approval held on 5/23/17. Plaintiffs are awarded attorneys' fees in the amount of $408,000 and expenses in the amount of $39,655.21, and Plaintiff Daniel Short is awarded an incentive award of $5,000. The parties joint motion for preliminary approval is granted, with the few reservations expressed in this Memorandum and Order. The following schedule will govern the remainder of this action: On or before February 20, 2017, Defendants counsel will provide the Settlement Claims Administrator and class counsel with the Class Member mailing list, in electronic form, containing each individuals name, last known address and email address. On or before March 6, 2017, the Settlement Claims Administrator will mail the Proposed Class Notice to each Class Member. Class Members will have thirty (30) days from the date the Proposed Class Notice is mailed or emailed to submit written objections to the Settlement Agreement. Class Members will have forty-five (45) days from the date the Proposed Class Notice is mailed to opt out of the Settlement Agreement.
