September 30, 2015	Filing 23 MEMORANDUM & ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached opinion, the Commissioner's motion for judgment on the pleadings 17 is denied and Plaintiff's cross-motion 19 is granted. Pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. § ; 405(g), the case is remanded to the Commissioner for further administrative proceedings on an expedited basis consistent with this opinion. The ALJ is directed to complete any further proceedings within 60 days of the date of this Order, and if th e ALJ again determines that Plaintiff is not entitled to benefits, a final decision of the Commissioner should be rendered within 60 days of Plaintiffs appeal from the ALJs decision. If these deadlines are not observed, the Commissioner must award benefits to Plaintiff immediately. Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 9/30/2015. (Chiang, May)
