Defendant's request for attorney's fees is denied pending additional submissions. Defendants counsel may show cause in writing within 14 days and explain why the court should grant the full award of $10,000 in attorneys fees related to the instant action. Defendants counsel should append contemporaneous time records providing counsels hourly rate as well as a description of the work he performed and his experience and qualifications.
