Plaintiff's false arrest, malicious prosecution, failure to intervene, illegal strip search, and excessive pre-arraignment detention claims are DISMISSED in their entirety and as to all Defendants. Plaintiff's denial of a f air trial claim is DISMISSED as it pertains to the City, Jones, and Denespolis. The only claim that survives summary judgment is Plaintiff's denial of a fair trial claim against Civil.The court DIRECTS the parties to complete any remaining discovery and follow the Court's Individual Rules for pre-trial procedures.
