Filing 34 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Therefore, the Court adopts in large part Magistrate Judge Bloom's R&R and dismisses Plaintiff's remaining First Amendment claim against Gumusdere without prejudice. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1 915(a)(3), the Court DENIES in forma pauperis status for any appeal of this Order adopting in large part Magistrate Judge Bloom's R&R, and the Court CERTIFIES that any such appeal would not be taken in good faith. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is also directed to close this case. Ordered by Judge Carol Bagley Amon on 11/15/2017.
