MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Campbell's requests to proceed in forma pauperis are denied pursuant to the three-strikes provision of § 191S(g). If Campbell wishes to proceed with these suits, he must submit the $400.00 filing fee in each action within 14 days of the date of this Order.
