Filing 28 MEMORANDUM AND OPINION: The Court grants plaintiffs requests to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. The complaint is dismissed without prejudice, but plaintiffs are granted leave to amend the complaint within thirty (3 0) days of the entry of this Memorandum and Order if they can do so in good faith. All further proceedings are stayed for thirty (30) days for plaintiffs to comply with this Memorandum and Order. If plaintiffs fail to comply within the time allowed, the Court shall enter judgment dismissing this action. Once submitted, the amended complaint will be reviewed for compliance with this Memorandum and Order, and for sufficiency under Fed. R. Civ. P. 8 and 28 U.S.C. § 1915A. The Court certifies p ursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this Memorandum and Order to plaintiffs and note the mailing on the docket. Ordered by Judge Roslynn R. Mauskopf on 8/25/2016. (Taronji, Robert) |
