ORDER. For the reasons stated in the annexed memorandum and order, defendants' motion to dismiss 65 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. First, U.S. Grace Road Church is dismissed from this action without prejudice. If plaintiff is able to c ure the deficiencies with respect to his theories of corporate liability for U.S. Grace Road Church, he is free to amend his complaint. Second, plaintiff's civil conspiracy claim is dismissed with prejudice. The balance of defendants' motion is denied. Ordered by Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto on 3/14/2016. (Jacobson, Jonathan)
