For the reasons set forth in the attached Order, the complaint current ly fails to state a claim under Title VII, the ADA or the ADEA. Plaintiff is given thirty (30) days from the date of this order to file an amended complaint. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis is denied for purpose of an appeal. Ordered by Judge Pamela K.
