MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Accordingly, plaintiffs motion for reconsideration under Rule 60(b) is denied. Plaintiff is advised that if she continues to waste the Court's resources with frivolous motions or other filings concerning this closed matter , she may be subjected to sanctions and restrictions on her ability to file. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore IFP status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to maintain this case on the closed docket. Ordered by Judge Eric N.
