Filing 4 ORDER: For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, Coleman's application to proceed in forma pauperis is granted and the claims against defendant Roslyn N. Stevens are dismissed. No summons shall issue as to this defendan t. The United States Marshals Service shall serve the summons and complaint upon defendants the City of New York, Detective Joseph Jordan, and Police Officer John Virgil Green, without prepayment of fees. A courtesy copy of the complaint and this ord er shall be served upon the Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, Federal Litigation Unit. I certify pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal.
