Plaintiff filed a second motion for IFP status and for entry of a verdict in his favor in several of these cases on July 7, 2015. Those motions are denied. IFP has already been granted in all the cases for a limited purpose and, because Plaintiff's claims are dismissed as frivolous, he is not entitled to entry of a verdict in his favor. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and, therefore, IFP status is denied for the purpose of appeal. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). Plaintiff is reminded that a filing injunction is in place a nd he is prohibited from filing any actions in this Court, whether he pays the filing fee or IFP, without first seeking leave of the Court to do so.
