MEMORANDUM AND ORDER dated 6/8/15 that for the reasons set forth above, the action is dismissed as frivolous. Plaintiff is directed to show cause by written affirmation, within 20 days of the date of this Memorandum and Order, why he should not be ba rred from filing future frivolous complaints related to these allegations without leave of the Court. Although plaintiff paid the filing fee to bring this action, the Court certifies pursuant to 28:1915(a)(3) that any in forma pauperis appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith.
