ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, Jeffers's request to proceed in forma pauperis is granted, but the complaint is dismissed. Jeffers has thirty (30) days to file an amended complaint. If no amended complaint is filed within the time allowed, judgment shall enter. No summons shall issue at this time and all further proceedings shall be stayed for thirty (30) days. Ordered by Judge John Gleeson on 6/25/2015. (Ross, Peter)
