June 30, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 20 ORDER DENYING MOTION - For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN SUMMARY ORDER, in light of plaintiff's pro se status, her emergency motion for a hearing en banc before all district court judges in the United States, which relief is nonexistent, is deemed a motion for reconsideration of this Court's denial of reconsideration of its decision dismissing this action. See, Dkt. Entry No. 17. Plaintiff's motion for reconsideration is denied. The Court cer tifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for purposes of an appeal. See, Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). This case was closed previously by Court order. The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail a copy of this Electronic Order and the Attached Written Summary Order to pro se plaintiff. SO ORDERED by Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 6/30/2021. Plaintiff's additional motions for "Emergency Accommodation" [Docket Entry #9] and Motion to Compel a decision on her requests are denied as moot in light of the dismissal of this Complaint.The Complaint is dismissed, with prejudice, as frivolous and for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (e)(2)(B).
