ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS --- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN SUMMARY ORDER and upon review of the objections made to the thorough and well reasoned Report and Recommendation ("R & R") issued on September 1 6, 2017 by the Hon. Roanne L. Mann, Chief U.S.M.J., the R & R is adopted in its entirety. Accordingly, Plaintiff's objections and motions relating to the R & R are overruled and denied, respectively; defendant's motions to dismiss this act ion are granted and defendants' motion to strike is denied as moot. Thus, it is hereby ORDERED that this action is dismissed, with prejudice. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Summary Order would not be taken in good faith, and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for purposes of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case and to mail to pro se Plaintiff a copy of this Electronic Order and the Attached Written Summary Order.
