MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 22 Motion to Dismiss; granting 25 Motion to Dismiss: For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, defendants' motions to dismiss are granted. Because of her pro se status, Daniels is granted thirty (30) days leave to amend her complaint. Should Daniels fail to amend her complaint as directed by this Order, judgment shall be entered dismissing this action.
