MEMORANDUM AND ORDER dated 9/25/15 that plaintiff must pay the $400.00 filing fee or submit an amended IFP application within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order in order to proceed further. No summons shall issue at this time and all f urther proceedings shall be stayed for fourteen (14) days or until plaintiff has complied with this Order. If plaintiff fails to pay the filing fee or submit an amended IFP application within the time allowed, the instant complaint shall be dismisse d without prejudice.The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore IFP status is denied for the purpose of any appeal.
